Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed within 1 - 3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. The processing time is the time between when you place your order and when the order is shipped. It does not include the time spent in transit to its final destination. You will receive another confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Currently, all orders are shipped with tracking and insurance via USPS 1st Class or USPS Priority Mail.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your total order. Certain items will automatically be shipped USPS Priority Mail due to their weight.

Insurance

All items purchased from this website are shipped with full insurance, so you will be reimbursed in the rare event that a package is lost or damaged in transit. For items damaged in transit, we will need you to assist us with filing an insurance claim before we can issue a refund. This will likely include sending pictures of the damaged item as well as the shipping box/envelope and packing materials. Please do not dispose of any packaging prior to contacting us.

Liability

Once we have shipped your package, it is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that it reaches you. We cannot guarantee arrival times for any order. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to your local post office. If USPS determines that they made an error, an insurance claim can be filed. However, if it is confirmed by the carrier that the package was accurately delivered to the address that you provided during checkout, you likely will not be eligible for compensation. Gemtuitive is not liable if you provide an incorrect shipping address or if a package is stolen. If you are concerned about theft, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can arrange for your package to be delivered with signature confirmation. 

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We will always put a lot of care into making sure that your order is packaged safely and securely. In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we reuse materials such as boxes and packing materials as much as possible. Any new materials that are purchased for shipping are environmentally friendly and can be recycled or composted.

All crystals and bracelets will come in an eco-friendly, reusable, and giftable fabric pouch. We do not separate crystals from sets into single plastic bags or include separate ID cards due to the negative impact on the environment. There are abundant free digital resources as well as comprehensive books where you can find metaphysical and scientific information about your crystals.
