Returns & Refunds
We guarantee your satisfaction and do our absolute best to accurately represent the products sold on our website. If for any reason your expectations are not met, please contact us immediately at info@gemtutive.com so that we can work with you to find the best resolution.
To be eligible for a return and refund, we must be emailed within 3 days of delivery confirmation and the item must be in transit to us within 7 days of delivery. Items returned to us should be repackaged very carefully in the original packing materials. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value up to the full cost of the item.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ship back to us with tracked shipping and insurance. Items must be received and inspected before we are able to issue a refund. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless we made an error or in the case of damage during transit. In the case of damage, we will ask for your assistance in filing an insurance claim with the carrier. This will include providing photos of the damaged item(s) along with the original package and packing materials included with the item(s).
Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel an order, you may do so for a full refund as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. Please email us immediately at info@gemtuitive.com. We will not be able to cancel any orders that have already been shipped.
Bracelet Sizing
To determine the size needed for your bracelet, measure around the wrist, and then add 1/2 of an inch. If you prefer a more snug fit, you may add 1/4 of an inch. These instructions are also included in each bracelet listing. Please note that depending on the size of your bracelet the number of beads and the pattern might differ slightly than what is shown in the photos on the products page.
We make every single bracelet in my shop by hand and most are made to order. Please determine your preferred size before finalizing your order. If you need further help with sizing, you may contact us. Once your bracelet is made and shipped, we will not be able to change your size. In the event that your bracelet doesn’t fit, you may ship it back for resizing. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways and a $7.00 resizing fee unless the improper fit was found to be an error on our behalf.
Bracelet Restringing Service
We offer restringing services only on bracelets made in our shop. The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways and a restringing fee of $7.00. The original bracelet (beads and spacers) must be shipped to us in a secure manner. We are not responsible for any items lost in the mail or addressed incorrectly. To request a restringing service please contact us at info@gemtuitive.com. Please include the phrase “restringing service” in the subject line as well as your name, return address, and original order number. After we receive your email, we will provide you an option for payment as well as the address where you will send your bracelet.
Please note, that this service is for restringing the original bracelet only and does not cover missing or damaged beads/spacers. If your bracelet was damaged or has missing parts, it would be best to reorder the bracelet. If you no longer see your original bracelet in our listing, you may reach out to us. If we have the materials on hand to recreate your bracelet, we will be glad to offer you an option for a custom order.
